Dance and music are much fun for our learners. It allows them to stay active in a fun and exciting way. Working within a group using songs, rhymes and controlled movements; learners discover the how to interact and learn the importance of teamwork.
They develop listening and social skills that will give them self-confidence. Learners with a background in music and dance are typically more comfortable about their body and have improved levels of self-confidence.
It has been found that music and dance strengthen the learner’s cognitive abilities and memory as they learn new things, like sounds, words and patterns. It enhances their sensory awareness and learning of nonverbal communication by learning to listen well.
